As a Positive Intelligence Coach (PQ) I will help guide and support you through the process of developing mental agility, strength, and endurance so that you achieve your goals and clear life’s hurdles with graceful resilience.
Just as a personal trainer guides and supports you in accomplishing your athletic goals, I will guide and train you in achieving optimal mental fitness, equipping you to maneuver those life hurdles that may once have tripped you.
