What is Mental Fitness?
Classroom teachers and other educators are no strangers to stress. Overwork, underpay, budget constraints, ever-changing curriculum, and ever-evolving student needs and challenges overwhelm even the most dedicated of teachers.
Throw in a global pandemic and you have a recipe for bonfire-sized burnout and an educational system hemorrhaging teachers at a rate greater than ever before.
Losing passionate, highly-skilled, and deeply caring teachers is not only a tragedy for America’s youth, but for the teachers as well. It means saying goodbye to a career you have given your heart, soul, and time to.
How do we retain teachers in a climate that is so relentlessly demanding, where everyone is overworked and overtaxed, even on the best of days?
Mental Fitness or Positive Intelligence (PQ) training provides support for teachers both in and out of the classroom. It offers the tools and techniques necessary to foster resilience, endurance, and greater ease in a stressful career and challenging time.
