Coaching Consultation: FREE 30min consultation with Liz, a NASM certified Behavior Changes Specialist and The Science of Well-Being. In the consultation we will discuss your current goals, any previous methods used, current obstacles and we’ll come up with some short term achievable action plans that will help get you started on the path to a healthier happier you. Six MONTH Coaching Package: On average it takes 180 days to establish a new habit, and having the support of a coach equipped with scientifically proven behavior change techniques and tactics significantly aids in the process. The package includes the Health Coaching Initial Evaluation in addition to FIVE follow up meetings/sessions with Liz, and weekly 15 minute check-ins over six months. In each follow up session (usually 3-4 weeks apart), will we discuss your current progress, any obstacles encountered, make any adjustments that are needed and then set new action plans. Personal Training Orientation: First session is FREE, where you will meet with Liz a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise, Behavior Change and Movement Intelligence. We will go over goals, discuss any medical limitations and previous injuries, you’ll then receive a movement assessment and a workout that will address any misalignments or weaknesses that we identify during the assessment as well exercises that will set you on the path to achieving your goals. Personal Training 3 Month Package: After the initial training orientation, you will meet with Liz a NASM Certified Personal Trainer with specialty certifications in Corrective Exercise, Behavior Change and Movement Intelligence for FOUR times a month for three months. Encompassing everything from flexibility, strength, functional movements and balance, to HIITs and cardio. You’ll receive a personalized program outlining all current exercises with detailed descriptions. All sessions and programs are based on your goals, current abilities and any muscle compensations that are identified during your initial assessment. Please note all first time wellness clients will meet with Liz briefly at a public location prior to any private meetings.
Liz and Justin have a wonderful dog named Padawan who is a part of their family accommodations can be made if needed.
